Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 August 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Weaveflow LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company ("Weaveflow", "we"). They govern your use of Weaveflow — the dashboard at app.weaveflow.io, this website, and the software Weaveflow installs on servers you control (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What Weaveflow is

Weaveflow is a control plane for building and shipping software on infrastructure you control. Automated work runs on your own servers under your own AI-provider subscription, is delivered to source-code repositories you own, and is deployed to your infrastructure. Weaveflow coordinates this — it does not host your application.

2. Early access

The Service is in early access. Features may change or be withdrawn, and no uptime or support level is promised. We will not remove your access to your own repository or server — see section 7.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the Service, created with an email address and password or with Google sign-in. Accounts are personal: each person using the Service needs their own login, and you are responsible for activity under yours and for keeping credentials confidential. Any AI-provider subscription you connect must be used in accordance with that provider's terms.

4. Your server, your services

The Service operates on servers you supply (or servers created on your behalf in your own hosting account) and connects to third-party services — such as source hosting, AI, infrastructure and email providers — using credentials you provide. Those accounts, their costs, and your compliance with their terms are your responsibility. Weaveflow does not resell or meter your AI usage.

5. The agent and your approval

The Service includes an automated agent that performs software-development and operational tasks on your infrastructure at your direction. Changes are published and deployed when you approve them or as you have configured. You are responsible for reviewing work before approving it and for what you choose to deploy. Operating software carries inherent risk; you are responsible for backups and safeguards appropriate to your application.

6. Your content

Your code, repositories, tickets and data remain yours. Code generated for you by the Service belongs to you. You grant Weaveflow the limited rights needed to operate the Service — to store the content you submit, to hold the credentials you provide, and to act on your infrastructure as you direct.

7. Leaving

Your applications, repositories and servers are yours, in standard formats, on infrastructure you control. If you stop using Weaveflow or your account is closed they are unaffected; what you lose is access to the Service itself.

8. Fees and billing

Weaveflow is offered on one plan, billed weekly or monthly, at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where required by law; if you believe you were charged in error, write to billing@weaveflow.io and we will review it.

9. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful content or activity, and no infringing others' rights.
  • No attempts to breach, probe or overload the Service or other users' projects.
  • No use of the agent or your server enrollment to attack third parties, send spam, or mine cryptocurrency through the Service.
  • No reselling the Service, sharing login credentials, or circumventing plan limits.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Output produced by automated systems may contain errors.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weaveflow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from the Service — including changes the agent made that you approved and deployed. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Section 7 applies either way.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date, and your continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

PROJECT PAUSED

Weaveflow is paused for a moment.

Weaveflow is in early access. We have paused the dashboard while we make updates. Existing applications continue to run on their servers.

We'll be back shortly. Thank you for your patience.
